Regeneration : When not burning, the Sasquatch regenerates HP at the beginning of its turn (1 HP)įortify : Gains extra armor until the next turn if the character ends their turn without using any skills The Sasquatch stood up and grinned at us. I need to find something to eat for my third one." He seemed to be picking some food from between his tusks with a twig. We found that the star get was in fact a huge Sasquatch sitting on a rock. We came across a camper during our travels. If one of them is on our side, we can count on a fierce behemoth in our lines. While generally peaceful, Sasquatches are territorial and can go to great lengths to stop invaders. It is not recommended to summon him unless you have a formidable defense and extra gold as a few Yetis will kill him. He costs 400 gold to purchase (500 on Flash), can only block a single enemy, can't be placed far back, which makes him very vulnerable to Shadow Archers or Troll Champions, and if he dies, he has to be repurchased. Unfortunately, the Sasquatch usually is not considered a good investment. He regenerates 250 HP for every second when idle. But his cave is not well-located and two thirds of the range are occupied by rocks and Strategic Points. His rally point range is almost twice as wide compared to the barracks. He has a fair amount of hit points and a slow but powerful area attack. The Sasquatch looks and acts much like a Yeti or Rock Elemental (he's basically a re-skin of the Yeti). Only then can the Sasquatch be purchased. To free this legendary monster, Rain of Fire must first be used on the cave to break the ice. The legendary Sasquatch will help you for an offering in food, gold, and sometimes women. Whether the player should free him or not is debatable. He only appears in Icewind Pass, where he is shown frozen in ice. One always gets through regardless of how I upgrade the tower. The Sasquatch is a massive beast, long sealed away in a mysterious cave. The Tower cannot kill them all quickly enough. The problem still seems to be the sheer amount of flying enemies. For the challenge, it seems the best tower is the Arcane tower, as it one shots the flying enemies that fly near it. The special abilities gave the tower no advantage over the sheer number of flying enemies. All of the abilities I upgraded, other times I would upgrade Death Ray, or Teleport, or both. I upgraded the Wizard Tower before I upgraded anything else. If I spawn Legionnaires under the flying enemy, around it, before it comes, nothing matters, they do not use the spear that supposedly can be used on flying enemies.ĭo you have to somehow manually give them a spear? It's not clear if there is actually a reason they won't use the spear.Īfter posting this I tried some other things. I have had a couple cases in Icewind Pass during the Iron challenge with a single flying enemy getting passed the Wizard tower. I have never seen them even use the thrown spear against ground enemies let alone flying ones. When upgrading Legionnaires with Spear Throw, they do not seem to use it. I'm actually having trouble getting an Iron award in Icewind Pass because of this.
